More About Me

REALTOR®

In March 1997, while braving another prairie winter, Kurt Grabinsky arrived at the gates of the RCMP Training Academy, anticipating the training to become a Mountie. Twenty-seven years later, that first step led to a rewarding and successful career, which included three service awards and three promotions. More importantly, Kurt gained a true passion of caring for people. Retiring in 2024 as a Staff Sergeant and the Revelstoke Detachment Commander for 7 years, Kurt is pleased to take on his next challenge.

With a keen desire to live, work and play in Revelstoke, Kurt furthered his education by successfully completing the UBC Sauder School of Business Real Estate Trading Services certification. In February 2024 Kurt officially retired and started a new career as a REALTOR®. Kurt is now an experienced and skilled Sales Representative for Coldwell Banker Executives Realty.

Based out of Revelstoke, Kurt has assisted clients in Revelstoke and area (Nakusp, Hills, Roseberry, New Denver, Silverton and Trout Lake). Kurt looks forward to continuing to serve the community.

Resolving many life-threatening crisis as a police officer, Kurt has honed the art of negotiations and is prepared to work for his clients to achieve the best sale price or purchase price possible. Kurt is a trained Search and Rescue Manager,  and Critical Incident Commander and relishes the opportunity to find the right home for clients in Revelstoke and area.

Outside of work, Kurt is a proud husband and father of three, and dedicates hours to supporting youth sport. Kurt’s passion is cycling – both mountain and road. He can be found riding year-round on the Revelstoke Illecillewaet Green Belt Trails, or in the summer at Revelstoke Mountain Resort riding downhill while trying to keep up with his son, or road riding along Airport Way or the Meadows in the Sky Parkway. Two recent dog adoptions provide frequent recreational activity.

Kurt Grabinsky is excited to work with clients and families to find their place in the mountains.
